SELLER WARRANTY

Valid in Australia Only


WARRANTY PERIOD

This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

WHAT IS COVERED

We warrant that your purchased product will:

  • Be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
  • Function as described in the product specifications
  • Be of acceptable quality as defined by Australian Consumer Law

WARRANTY COVERAGE INCLUDES

  • Repair or replacement of defective products at our discretion
  • Free return shipping for warranty claims (where applicable)
  • Products that fail to meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents, spills, or external forces
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Products used for commercial purposes (unless specifically stated)
  • Consumable items or accessories (batteries, cables, etc.)
  • Damage caused by failure to follow operating instructions

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at info@mostlymelbourne.com with:

    • Your order number or proof of purchase
    • Clear description of the issue
    • Photos/videos of the defect (if applicable)
  2. Assessment: We will assess your claim within 5 business days

  3. Resolution: If your claim is valid, we will:

    • Provide a prepaid return label (where applicable)
    • Repair, replace, or refund the product
    • Cover return shipping costs for valid warranty claims

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Important: This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

For major failures, you may choose between:

  • A replacement of the same or similar product
  • A full refund
